With more than 60 years in business, Caribbean Produce Exchange (CPE) is a company with more than $100 million in gross revenues and a leader in Puerto Rico in distribution, logistics and supply chain management of fresh, perishable and organic foods.

CPE is the first company in the Caribbean to receive the Good Agricultural Practices certification from the United States Department of Agriculture, maintaining for more than 30 consecutive years the recognition of "Trading Member" of Blue Book Services.

Their product portfolio offers over 1,000 items from leading brands of high-quality fruits, vegetables, eggs, and complementary products. Launched in 2022 as a spin-off of Caribbean Produce Exchange, Caribbean Logistics Solutions ' (CLS) mission is to help companies overcome today's supply chain challenges by providing customized solutions tailored to each customer's needs. By offering a wide range of transportation and warehousing services, CLS focuses on increasing efficiency, reducing costs and growing business.

The company provides the highest industry standards and is certified by leading government and professional organizations such as USDA, SQF, GFSI and the Puerto Rico Department of Agriculture. CLS has created strong partnerships with customers to help them reduce costs, provide more visibility and improve efficiency of product movements.

A nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing nutritional security in Puerto Rico. Its mission is to support, empower, and stimulate innovative projects focused on nutritional well-being across the island.

Recognizing the critical issue of food insecurity in Puerto Rico, especially its escalation during the pandemic, the organization has set forth to establish a fund. This fund is designed to provide substantial grants to handpicked projects, ensuring they receive both financial backing and expert guidance in nutrition security for holistic development.

With a solid financial foundation, Nutriendo PR operates in three primary domains: facilitating donations and mentorship, bridging connections between leaders and organizations in nutrition, health, and equity, and advocating for nutritional security as a priority in both public and private sectors.

The end-goal is to motivate the consumption of nutritious food, impart knowledge and skills for food preparation, and guarantee access to affordable nutritious food sources.
